Blasting Services
Shot blasting is a surface treatment technique that makes use of various types of media propelled under high velocity. This process is a highly effective solution for removing contamination on metal substrates or changing the coarseness or smoothness of a surface before being coated.

Thermal Coating Services
This is a system where molten metal is melted by and electric arc and then atomised with compressed air to create a spray stream that applies the coating onto the surface being sprayed.
Zinc is a common arc spray material for anti-corrosion and other purposes. A thermally sprayed zinc coating offers sacrificial protection to the substrate; it offers good time to first maintenance life in PH levels of 5 and above and can be further supplemented with sealers such as powder-coating or wet painting systems.
Hot zinc spray extends the life span of coated surfaces offering superior rust protection.
